200g Di Martino Dolce Gabbana Long Spaghetti
2 Tbsp Pons Green Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tsp of crushed garlic
1 x freshly chopped chilli
1/2 cup white wine
3 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
Juice from half a lemon
1 x 105g can King Oscar Double Layer Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cook spaghetti in a saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions. Drain and keep warm.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat and add garlic and chilli and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat to low and add the white wine and sardines and heat through gently then add the parsley and lemon. Mix the spaghetti through the sardines and finish with salt and pepper.
